What is Malimbu Cliff Villa’s standard check-in & check-out time?
Our standard check-in time is :15:00 and check-out time is 12:00
Is early check-in or late check-out available to guests?
Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability. Late check out until 18:00 hour can be arranged. Half of the daily rate may apply.
What are your payment terms & policy?
Full payment is required for all bookings online.
Can large incentive groups/companies submit a credit application?
Credit application may be possible however not guaranteed. It depends on your accommodation needs. Please contact us direct to discuss further. For companies with approved credit, the Villa will send a statement of accounts, payable within 30-days after departure.

What is the maximum number of guests allowed to stay in the villa?
Our Lombok villa can cater up to 10 adults and 6 children under the age of 12. Extra charges apply for every additional guest staying in-house, sharing using existing bedding.
Is transportation included in the rate?
Airport pick-up & drop-off can be arranged for additional fee unless guests book one of our Lombok packages & deals direct. Daily hire is also available. Please contact us to enquire with our Villa Manager direct.
