Malimbu Cliff Villa offers a delightful dining experience featuring authentic local Indonesian cuisine, served family-style to create a warm and shared dining atmosphere. Our dishes are thoughtfully prepared using the freshest ingredients available in the market. Prior to your arrival, we will reach out to understand your dietary restrictions and preferences. Additionally, we will review the next day’s menu with you each evening, ensuring a personalised and satisfying culinary experience throughout your stay.
Our menu highlights fresh, local ingredients such as coconut milk, cashew nuts, cinnamon bark, clove buds, crushed red chilies, fresh ginger, and garlic. Lombok’s Muslim-majority culture is reflected in our signature dish, Ayam Taliwang—grilled chicken with a tomato, turmeric, and galangal sauce, flavoured with spices but not overly spicy. We understand spice preferences vary and are happy to adjust to your taste. At Malimbu Cliff Villa, we offer a variety of wines, spirits, cocktails, and soft drinks for you to enjoy. Should you have a specific beverage or cocktail preference, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request during your stay.
Due to food safety, guests are kindly asked not to bring in outside food or beverages on to property unless pre-approved by management. Corkage fees for select beverages range from USD25-USD35 per bottle. Please check with our team for more details.
Our kitchen operates daily from 7am to 11pm. Should you require service outside these hours, we are happy to make special arrangements upon request.
